Information regarding personal data
According to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
Dear User, according to art. 13 D-Lgs. 196/2003 (the Act) and in relation to personal data which Novinox srl come into possession, we inform you as follows:
1. Purposes of the data processing.
a. sending of commercial communications.
b. analysis of the navigation data.
c. answer to requests information.
2. Mode of data processing.
• The treatment is performed by means of transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4 paragraph 1 a) collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
• Operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means.
• The treatment is done by the owner and / or persons in charge of the treatment.
3. Providing data.
The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes of conducting the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
4. Refusal to provide data.
Any refusal by the individual to give personal data in the case referred to in paragraph 3 makes it impossible to perform the activities referred to in point 1.
5. Data communication.
Personal data may be disclosed to those responsible for treatment and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external collaborators and, in general, to all those people the disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1.
6. Dissemination of data.
The common personal data may be disclosed only if this is expressly provided for in the contract you signed with our company.
7. Transfer of data abroad.
The personal data may be transferred to EU countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.
8. Rights.
Article. 7 gives the exercise of certain rights, including the right to obtain, from the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their providing in an intelligible form, the person concerned has the right to know the origin data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the owner and the persons to whom the data may be communicated after the person concerned has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration data, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, the holder has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data, simply communicating such opposition at the following e-mail: info@novinox.com.
9. Holder of the treatment.
