Designed and produced consistently with ongoing technological developments in the sector of asepsis, high purity technologies and current regulations (CGMP and ready for FDA validation).

Built in compliance with P.E.D. regulations, they are supplied with either traditional or electromagnetic stirrer blades fitted either at the bottom or at the top of the device.

They can be produced with a simple wall, a double wall for heating/cooling with a pipe coil for the internal flow, a half tube, “a watertight buttoned sleeve“ and electrically powered heating sheath. All versions can have a completely welded insulation that is connected to every corner and interstice.

Internal surfaces are polished and certified in compliance with given specifications to ensure roughness below Ra 0.1≤ µm, and further treated with
electropolishing, pickling and passivation processes.

The outside can be satin-finished as desired 180 or 320 grain Scotch-Brite or controlled polishing - and certified like the inside of the tanks.

We use certified superior quality materials and controlled traceability components throughout the entire production cycle.
Construction materials include stainless steels AISI 304L AISI 316L and Hastelloy C-276 Alloy
