The GRN Granulator was designed and created to be used in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector for sizing, sieving and crushing powders and brittle granules.

The product sizing is possible by a rotor, that presses the product on the sieve , as guarantee a gentle uniformly calibration of the product, without heating or altering the composition.

The sizing/sieving box, where the granulation takes place, and the components in contact with the product are designed to reduce as much as possible the interstices where the product might deposit, thus avoiding any cross-contamination between batches.

Each component in contact with the product can easily be disassembled, simplifying the phases of cleaning, sanitation and sterilization.
