"V" Shape Mixers MAV
The "V" mixing blenders for powders and granulates “MAV”,
have come back into use due to their simplicity and the fact that they are easy to clean. They are used in mixing multiple batches of similar type powders.
They are produced with capacities from 5 to 4000 Lt.
The heart of the machine, the container, is made up of two opposing cylinders, the parts are fixed together in a radial manner in order to avoid creating sharp edges where product build-up could remain even after washing, and thus contaminate later production batches.
Lastly, there is a hatchway for inspection and/or loading, along with a discharge valve.
The rotary motion is created by a gearmotor connected to the container with chains and pinions. This type of transmission was preferred over a direct connection because it is more flexible. It is also less noisy thanks to our system of motion-mass dampers.
The electrical control panel has a IP55 protection level and a timer.
MAV: The two loading/inspection hatchways are equipped with 1 TriClover hook-up for future connection of the vacuum loading system and 2 Triclover hook-ups for spray ball CIP (cleaning in place), connection.
The machine is available with the following safety systems: metal cage or transparent shatter-proof Lexan with micro-switch closure, photoelectric barriers and micro-switch closure which can be placed in a specific room.

Chemical, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, cosmetics, tanning, textile flavourings/essences/extracts, pigments, solvents and plastic finish paints, master-batches, etc.
